Malibu is a beach city in the Santa Monica Mountains region, situated about 30 miles west of Downtown Los Angeles. Stretching 27 miles with coastal hills that slope dramatically into sandy beaches and a population of approximately 16,000, Malibu provides a sense of seclusion without having to be isolated.

Malibu’s neighborhoods reflect the diversity of lifestyles. Malibu is simultaneously serene and active. There is endless opportunity for activities like surfing, hiking, and boating. Malibu has 20 plus distinct beaches to choose from like El Matador, Westward, Surfrider, Little Dume, Leo Carrillo, Zuma, and Paradise Cove, just to name a few. Popular hikes include Escondido Falls or Solstice Canyon. Although it has a small-town feel, Malibu isn't without its renowned bars, restaurants, and luxury shopping.
